Our team of ESQ Realtors® also work closely with our investor clients to market and sell rehabbed or developed properties that are ready for sale on the retail market. This allows us to effectively manage and plan a seamless chain of events starting with the property acquisition and ending in the re-sale in a very effective and efficient time frame.
